In a nice and cosy 4 stages building with lift, 32 fully furnished duplex studios totally renovated in 2006 in the city center of Nice. You have a central acces to all the shops, restaurants, cinemas, bus and bus lines; train station (and soon the tramway) is only 5 mn walk. The old town and the beach are 2 steps away from the residence just waiting for you. Every studio is nicely furnished to offer you the best comfort. From 1 to 3 persons, all year long, from one night to several months.

By car
From the A8 highway take the Exit 50 “Promenade des Anglais”. Staight ahead the Promenade for 5 km direction city center, Place Massena.
Many car parks around the Petit Louvre offer you the possibility to park safely.
